We initially thought we should put the Boulevard Place house on the market in late March, but Tim Conway advised us to do it in early March. That was great advice. Tim wanted to maximize the number of potential buyers by starting early. His partners/associates Kim Florence and Becky Garland did a masterful job of getting photos prepared and shared with a wide audience. Some of it involved drone photos and videos of the property and its surroundings. By early April after there had been quite a few potential buyers in the house, Tim Conway then started to invite bids for the Boulevard Place house. We started seeing some bids right away and by 18 April we got one at the full price we expected. Kim is incredible. The home-buying experience is rough; Kim walked us through countless open houses and multiple offers, and stayed level-headed and calm the whole time. She drove my wife and I around to dozens and dozens of open houses, patiently waited in the car while my wife and I argued lol, I think she even picked up our kid from school a couple of times. She is extremely smart, and knowledgeable - often down to specific neighborhoods and streets. We got into our home last month thanks to Kim's guidance and advice.
